General instructions:
There is a lot of equipment, so it's best to use a large tote bag of some kind, which will hold it all. It's also easier to carry one larger tote, than several plastic bags! Remember to write your name on the bag. Choose a colorful bag! It will be easier to find during the event.

Swim
swim suit
goggles
swim cap
Bike
bike
helmet
biking shoes (for those with clip-on shoes)
bike number (Igud members)
water bottle (preferably with isotonic drink)
biking pants (optional, and can also be worn during the swim)
biking gloves (optional)
flat tire kit
Run
running shoes
hat with brim
General
2 towels (one to stand on, a small one for a bit of drying off)
sunglasses
sun block cream
marking pen
race number
wide elastic for race number (to go around waist, allowing for tying)
4 safety pins
heart rate monitor and/or watch with ability to time
socks (optional)
powder for socks (to help get socks on wet feet)
sweat band
toilet paper
clothes for afterwards (remember the underwear!)
toilet articles for showering
food – before, during, after
optional: bottle of tap water, or dishpan with water, to rinse off feet after swim before putting on shoes for biking.
